Come celebrate with the Full Moon

join us & move through slow flow (but energetic) yoga practices with the Sun & Moon in mind!

A non-alcoholic drink based on the moon will be offered followed by an activity based on the Sun & Moon!

Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing & bring your own special mug/cup if you wish to use it for the NA moon drink!
All levels welcome.
